About
I build growth systems, not campaign piles.
I’ve spent 15+ years in marketing, nine of them in leadership and fractional CMO roles. I’ve built strategy, teams, brands and early growth systems for companies that needed marketing to become a real operating function.
Before Octocrew.ai, I led marketing at DeXe Network, where the work helped drive a $1B valuation. I’ve also worked with EVERSOLID, PODAVACH and Redwerk.
Today I help companies find the growth levers that matter, build the team and operating system around them, and use AI where it creates real capacity.
Since February 2026, I’ve worked with 30+ agents across several live teams. They are useful tools, not the point. The point is a marketing system that can keep up with the business.
